This issue opens up with Missus Macabre visiting her son in jail. They talk about the bar fight he got into and she tells him about Harley Quinn and how he might like her. Before she leaves she kisses him on the lips... she into her son or something. Oh I see she just kissed him in a creepy way to give him lock picks so he can get out. Next we see Harley doing a play. Darn they covered her with an alien costume. Oh wow she looks pretty sexy in her new outfit. Well she always does. Next we see her get arrested. Wait why isn't the cop taking her to the jail? Oh he's a crazy fan that's stalking her and kidnapping her. Crazy fan stalker puts Harley in a big bird cage. I'm guessing he obsessed over big bird before Harley Quinn and forgot to get rid of big birds cage before kidnapping Harley. Anyways he tells her about his life story how he works part time in a comic shop and some nerds made fun of her butt so he put them in cages. He's bad at making friends isn't he? This issue ends with Harley and Syborg going to skate club. Artwork was great. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. Remember if you ever obsess over a girl and can't get her by fighting for her, talking to her and taking her on dates just get a giant bird cage, kidnap her and put her in it. Trust me it'll get you the girl... not.
