This issue opens up with Roy Harper having dreams about his past snd waking up after he has the dream about losing his daughter. Seems like whenever a superhero has a kid something bad happens to them so if you are a superhero I'd say retire or don't have kids at all unless you want something bad to happen to them. Next Roy explains what the dome did and how his bionic arm stopped working. Wait isn't the arm you have on bionic? And if so how come it works with the dome over you guys but not your red one? Next the whole city hears the voice explaining where they are and what's going on as the dome starts to disappear. We see Roy call some chick nsmed Donna. Who's Donna? Never heard of her or what her superhero name is so I guess I'll look it up after the review. We see Kori jump off a bulding to see if her powers are back. Good thing they are or someone on the street down there would've seen an alien pancake for breakfast. Roy goes in some fancy underground place and checks to see if anything bad is happening. Yep definitely is looks like a bunch of villans are attacking some place. Dam seems like Donna and Kori suck at fighting cause they're getting their asses handed to them. We see Roy put on his red arm and join the fight. We see one of the villans make his daughter appear and make him an offer to kill his friends in order to get her back. This issue ends with Arsenal shooting Donna and Kori. Artwork was ok. Story wise eh could've been a bit better. I give this issue a 6 out of 10. I kinda want to get the second issue just to see if he really got his daughter back after that. Things I learned from this issue. Don't fight villans with Arsenal cause if he's lost his daughter and some villain makes her appear out of thin air chances are he'll kill you to get her back.
