So in this issue we get some back story on our heroes. Dynagirl used to be a villain named Dominatra but that was cause she was under the control of simon hurst. We also see that the team used to be bigger but they lost a few members. And apparently two of the members have kids who also have kids... well that's gonna suck if they die. Justice Theta drowns his assistant in his underwater base. Well that wasn't nice he wasn't evil. Justice Thetas ex girlfriend gets some bad news and tries to get a hold of Dynagirl. This issue ends with Justice Theta killing another villain. Artwork was pretty good. I give this issue a 9 out of 10. Remember don't become a villain unless you want your neck snapped.
