So in this issue Sy gives Harley Quinn a list of targets that their after. Also sy is good at comebacks... which is kinda surprising since he's old. Harley ends up saving some actress from dying and also gets tamatos thrown at her. She also gets nightmares after reading the list of targets. Harley and Sy kill the first target who really didn't seem that hard to kill. This issue ends with a big bang. Artwork was great. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.
