Review: Spider Island #4

This issue opens up with our heros at the avengers mansion. Note to self become a superhero and get others to become superheros so we can all get a big mansion together. Venom tells everyone that they're gonna fix their equipment then attack the Spider Queen head on. I have a feeling taking her head on won't end well. Spider-Man gives Venom a secret weapon to use when they go up against the Spider Queen. Go read this issue to find out what the secret weapon is. Next we see Dinasour-Man in a museum. Wait what's he doing in there? Next we see Dinasour-Man riding on a dinosaur out of the museum towards an army of spider people. Oh yay I get to see the new jurassic world movie in a marvel comic book. We see the other heros attack the Spider Queen. Really Mr. Jameson even as a spider person you're still gonna make Spider-Man out to be the bad guy. The Spider Queen uses her sonic attack on our heros. Oh hell ya good thing Venom had that secret weapon on him. Well that's suprising they actually got her down. Now all they need to do is kill her. Really Spider-Man you're still going for the no kill rule even after everything she's done? I agree with the others you have to change when horrible shit like this happens. I mean heck the other Spider-Man in Renew Your Vows did it so why can't you do the same thing Spider-Man. This issue ends with the Spider Queen evolving. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty good definitely can't wait to read the last issue. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. See Spider-Man you should have killed her or she wouldn't have evolved into a giant Spider Queen.

Review: Darth Vader #6

This issue opens up with Vader fighting the jedis or sith people that we met in the last issue. We see them all take him on one by one. Really? Have these guy ever seen an action movie? I'm guessing not cause if they did they'd know not to face Vader one on one. We see Vader cut one of them... wait that thing don't feel pain? I think the one that don't feel pain might have a chance against Vader but I doubt it. Yep he died but not from Vader. It was Morit that killed him. The emperor puts an end to the fight and has Vader come with him. The emperor tells Vader that he disappointed him that day on Mustafar. You know that faithful day that got him in that awesome all black suit. Geez the sith lords sure aren't nice to their apprentices. Vader meets with Boba Fett and finds out that he has a son. This issue ends with Vader getting angry and cracking the ships glass. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty good. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. I still think the emperor should get his men a therapist but then they'd all get angry and probably kill the therapist.

Review: Venus #1

This issue opens up with a bunch of dead bodies floating on a ship in space. This is why I'll never ever go into space. We some chick kick a dead body making the flesh on the face go everywhere. We find out that the chick is Commander Pauline Manashe who is also a pilot. Commander Pauline Manashe makes the landing. Next we meet a few other characters such a Dr. Gold, Chad, and Reyes. We find out that the reactor on the ship might explode. I have a feeling it will. Commander... I mean Captain Pauline Manashe has everyone get in rovers before the reactor explodes. Yep see it just blew up. Oh great a hail storm just what they needed. Oh look someone else just died from the hail storm. Should've kept your head down like they told you to. Note to self never be in hail storm on Venus. We see Reyes get hit by some hail and get saved by chad. Darn I was kinda hoping she'd die. What she's annoying. Go read this issue and you'll see for yourself. We see our characters reach camp augustine. Um guys the place looks a bit beat up if you haven't noticed so don't get your hopes up. This issue ends with the airlock opening to reveal the inside trashed all to hell and some robot who is beat up pretty bad. I think the robot might have sabotaged the place.... what I don't trust robots. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty interesting. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. I'll probably add this series to my pull. Something I learned from this issue is never go to venus.

Review: Deadpool & Cable Split Second #1

This issue opens up with Deadpool killing a bunch of Hydra members. Note to self never fight Deadpool cause you'll lose. I'm sure I made a note of that one but it doesn't hurt to double the notes. We see Deadpool save a sciencetist from all yhe Hydra members... wait what the heck is going on with my comic? Is it defective? All I see is flashes of different scenes and static. Better take this copy back and get a new one that won't glitch on me. Oh hey who's that pretty lady with a goat. Wait she's Deadpools wife. Darn that sucks cause I was totally thinking of taking her on a date but I think Deadpool would kill me if I did that. Oh crap now some dude with a gun is attacking Deadpool. We find out that the person attacking Deadpool is obi-wan... woops I mean Cable. Oh hey I've heard of him. He's also in the Deadpool video game. Cable tells Deadpool that he saw the future and saw Deadpool kill the sicincetest that he saved at the start of the issue. Oh so my comic isn't defective it's Cable who's defective. We see Deadpool and Cable waiting outside on top of the sicincetest hotel to make sure Deadpool doesn't kill him. Wait how is Deadpool gonna kill him if he's right there? Oh shit who's that guy in the cool robotic looking suit. Crap Deadpool just joind the fight wich means something bad will definitely happen. Yep see this issue ends with cool suit guy and Deadpool getting in a fight that causes Deadpools gun to go off and shoot someone. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty good I'll probably add this series to my pull. If i write more reviews for this series then you guys will know I added it to my pulll. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. That would have been cool to see Obi-Wan kenobi and Deadpool team up. I wonder how that would go.

Review: Colder #4 ( Toss The Bones )

This issue opens up with Declan and Reece running down a street while people and birds say colder. Oh don't worry about it guys I'm sure they're just warning you that the weather will get colder. I mean heck it's colder where I am. If I had people and animals telling me it was getting colder before it got cold I'd already be ready for winter before it even  hit. We some little girl pulling a giant slab and saying how she's food. Well all humans are food to animals and even people if you are stranded with others and run out of food so fast that you get hungry enough that you eat the others then ya everyone is food at some point. Note to self never buy an alarm clock from Nimble Jack cause he'll just put it inside your mouth and let it ring so it hurts your head. Declan and Reece go back to the normal world and we see Declan start to cure people of insanity. Dude you sure that's the best idea. I mean it seems like Nimble Jack wants you to get colder so maybe you should get warmer. Next we see Declan come out of a building looking like he's on his death bed. This issue ends with Reece buying Declan a burito and having a talk with him. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty good definitely feel like the next issue or next few are gonna be pretty good. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. No Nimble Jack I will not buy an alarm clock from you I don't want to wake up to an alarm clock ringing in my head.

Review: The Violent #1

This issue opens up with some guy sitting on a bench and smoking and looking at a house. We see the owner leave his house and our main character walk towards the house almost getting hit by a car. We find out the main characters name is Mason and that his has a girlfriend named Becky who thinks he scoping out the house. Actually I think he was just looking at houses so he knows what kind to buy you guys when he gets the chance. Don't be so quick to judge. Oh hey he's got a daughter named Kaitlyn. Why does this remind me of a certain friend I have? Anyways we see that our main character helps people move their stuff out of houses and works with a guy who was also in jail just like him. Oh great. Dylan tells Mason about his ex and what she did while he was in prison. Hey you can't blame her for working the corners. I assume that's what's she was doing since the man of the house left. Next we see Mason steal butter, eggs and milk... actually looks like he just decked the clerk who ran after him to stop him from stealing and just threw everything away after he decked the clerk. What the heck man your daughter needed that stuff. I know you were stealing it but dam actually go through with it. Next we see Becky go to work where she runs into a friend and drug dealer ex friend I should say. Dam dude don't have to be an ass just cause she won't take your drugs snd number like you want her to. Note to self and anyone reading don't do drugs or you'll end up in a bathroom crying. We see Mason watching his daughter while she plays with blocks. Mason gets a call from Dylan asking him to come talk to him. Geez never mind Dylan reminds me of my friend. They both think they're cable of drinking and driving but aren't so you have to talk some sense into them and have someone else drive for them. They also drink and complain about their problems and if you don't want to listen to it one day they make you out to be the bad guy and act like their actually doing you a favor in some way when they're actually not. Next we see Mason go to the bar where Dylans at and leaves his daughter all alone in the car while he goes in to talk to Dylan. We see Mason try to get Dylan to get in the car with him but ends up having a drink with him instead to actually get him to come out of the bar and into the car. This issue ends with the cops arresting Mason and his daughter not being the car. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise pretty good and sad at some points. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. Note to every parent never leave your three year old kid out in a car alone especially if it's cold out and they tell you that they want to go in with you so they don't have to be in a cold car all alone!

Review: Public Relations #1

This issue opens up with us meeting some of the characters such as the main character Dan Clover and his crush Threnody who I have to say it hot even though she seems like the emo type or the type that likes bondage. Which according to my sister I like those types. Anyways we also meet Violet who is dating Dans brother Kade. Oh look they're all flying on a dragon. I know who would like this book the girl I like who is not emo or into bondage. We see a mouth ago when Dan asked Threnody to be his date to his dads party. Next we see Dan have a dinner date with his mom where she tells him how she got an invitation to and will be going. Oh hey we're back to the present where the pilot is asleep at the wheel... wait I thought dragons were capable of flying by themselves so why does he need to fly it? We go back to the past when Dan and Threnody were the only ones on a jet going to where Dans dad lives. Once they land in Sardonia they meet a guy named Chip who is also their limo driver and seems like he got dropped on his head as a baby or smoked to much pot one time. Back to the present we see Dan wake the pilot up who tells him that he's a nercoleptic... wait why in the hell is he a pilot then? Back to the day before his dads party we see him meet his dad for a brief second. His dad seems messed up to. Like who lets everyone in the room know that you need to take a crap. I was hungry for a snikers bar but after reading that I'm not. Next we see the dragon land and Dan walk around trying to find signal and walking into a bunch of men on horses with weapons. This issue ends with one of the men telling the rest to kill Dan and then feed the rest of him to the pigs. Artwork was pretty good. Story wise eh interesting and weird. I give this issue a 10 out of 10. Kade looks and reminds me of one of those emo children that thinks just cause their emo and maybe worship Satan that their all so powerful when they're actually just crazy.
