Life it's about happeness and hardships test that ppl go through like me I'm in a test now I've been depressed for I think a month anyways even though these test may be hard stand tall and don't give up that's what I'm doing some strengths I have are writing what I feel in my blog,geting help from friends when I need it,and the last 1 I can think of is not giving up just telling myself I'm strong and that I can break through this and come out stronger so dont ever give up 
