Review: Outcast #31

Well that's an odd opening for this issue. So does his wife know what he does? Is she like him? I have a feeling the kids don't though.

Jeez for a violent guy he sure seems nice. Guess that goes to show that even murderers could feed food to the homeless or widows.

It's a garage. No it's a shed. Hell if I know guys it looks like a barn to me but for fuck sake decide what the place is and stick with it. Sorry those pages ruffled my feathers.

Dam I thought this whole issue would bore me to death but nah it made me speechless. The artwork was great as was the story. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. That Rowland probably won't be hungry since he had something to eat at work.

Favorite page. I mean I couldn't really think of one but I guess it'd have to go when he threw the guy to the ground. That whole scene with him on top of the guy and his hand in his mouth made me hella uncomfortable. And if a page can make me feel emotions like that then it proves the artist and writer are doing their jobs right.

Review: Dceased #4

Oh dear god that looks like a horrible way to go. If he had the infinity gauntlet I'd understand why Ray Palmer was inside him. I think Ray Palmer would've gone up Thanos and expanded.

Well you see guys she became the Green Lantern when she killed Hal Jordan. Just goes to show that you should never go camping or fuck with Dinah Lance.

They should make a video game of this series and have this giant zombie be a boss battle, or just a really tough and annoying zombie that you have to fight every so often. I mean hell if they had giant zombies in the movies that'd be a game changer.

Well shit the ending to this issue was a booming success. I wonder how the next issue will open up. I really enjoyed this issue the story was great as was the art. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. That I actually want Damian to be Batman. I mean can we get a series where he becomes Batman after his dad dies. I'd read it.

Favorite page. When Poison Ivy saved Harley Quinn. I hope she lives through this series.

Review: Spider-Man/Deadpool #27

Ugh. I don't like the opening to this issue. Reminds me that it's gonna snow over here tonight.

Man there's a lot of back and forth between Deadpool being at area 14 and on the Helicarrier. My only question is is Hellcow drinking a milkshake? If so that'd be funny.

Just a warning. Don't read this issue if you're tripping out on something or these next few pages will make you freak the fuck out.

Well that was an interesting ending. The artwork was good. As for the story it felt all over the place but was alright so I'll give this issue a 6 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. Those sharks are never gonna rise up against Deadpool. I mean heck all he's gotta do is make sure Stranger Things never gets canceled that way they'll be stuck watching that forever.

Favorite page was the one with the magic bag. I want a magic bag now.

Review: Argo 5 #2

Oh cool they're fighting a giant robot. Wait that thing was pretending to be a crib? What is it a Decepticon?

We find out how Kasira came to be. See now I really don't understand why her aunt would want her to be a genie. Her father basically took advantage of her mom.

I think the others should've let Hakoris kick Chain Reactions ass. The dude deserves it. Anyways the artwork was great as was the story. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. Kasira must like Blue Dynamo cause it seems like she's teleported into the bathroom more than once while he's showering.

Favorite page. Had to be when Kasira teleported Chain Reaction into his toilet. That made me smile. Also the cover to this issue has got to be my favorite one so far.

Review: Outer Darkness #9

Oh dear god that was a violent opening to this issue. Is every opening gonna be this violent? I swear the last two have opened up with people dying. Not that that's bad though cause I like it.

Crone wouldn't you prefer to watch stuff like that in the privacy of your own room? Some people are just sick am I right?

Haha I'm sorry but this scene is funny. If I were Captain Rigg I'd just be like lets see who wins.

Dam did not see that coming. Though at least now Captain Rigg will be on high alert. The artwork was great as was the story. They need to give this series a tv show cause I enjoy the series so I'm sure I'd enjoy watching it. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. People who love torture porn will love this page. Also I think torture and maybe even murder probably turn Officer Satalis on.

Favorite page. Was the one where Agwe punched Captain Rigg and they drove away from the exploding vessel.

Review: The Batman Who Laughs #7

Well shit now there's two of them. Wait does this mean Batman is the Captain Hydra of the DC universe? Dear god I hope not.

Oh good he's still himself. But ho- oh shit he's being shot. Jeez he can't catch a break can he. I'm glad he's not the Captain Hydra of the DC universe. I would've been pissed had they pulled that crap.

These fight scenes are brutal. Dam Batman is brutal. Calm down bro. Note to self don't fight Batman ever. Chances are he'll be pissed or hopped up on something so he'll beat the shit out of you making you wish he'd just killed you.

Dam what an ending. Like all of it was good. This whole issue was amazing the artwork and all. Now all they need to do is make this a movie. It could be a Batman movie but at the same time a horror one. I give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. Instead of asking the Batman Who Laughs to save Martha he beat him with her headstone instead. Can't decide if that trumps the save Martha line though.

Favorite page. I think it was the second one. I saw it and was like dam I'd get that image tattooed on me somewhere in the future.

Review: Gwenpool Strikes Back #3

Wait how'd they escape? I'm guessing Reed Richards shit himself when Deadpool mentioned that he had a gun.

Well ya we like you when your bad. I still think they need to make a mini series of you when you were evil. I also feel like they could continue this series in this style.

I want to go to Gwenpool's Island. Why you ask? Well read this issue and you'll understand why. I also feel like they could turn Gwenpool's Island into a video game. I mean if Deadpool can get his own game surely she can right?

Darn I thought they would've kept Bruce Banner dead. Next time they kill one of the old superheroes they should keep them dead. But I really loved this issue. It had me laughing the whole time which means this series is doing really good in my opinion. I hope they just continue writing her in these short fun adventures. I love them. And I love the artwork as well so I'm giving this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. That they brought Bruce Banner back to life. I mean I figured they would but in my heart I was hoping they wouldn't. Though this page did make me laugh a lot.

Favorite page. The cover shot page. I love seeing how she makes the covers. This one had me flipping back to the main cover and that page :).

I also love the page where she points indicating for the reader to turn the page. I was like no what if I don't want to. But I had to cause come on it's Gwenpool and I love reading her series.
