Review: Spider-Man/Deadpool #24

Well that's a weird opening. It looks like Spider-Man and Deadpool landed in a pumpkin patch. Jeez and they're violent. Are the pumpkins gonna rise up this year and carve humans?




Wait now giant turkeys? They on someone's Thanksgiving feast? Great now I want it to be Thanksgiving so I can have Turkey and pumpkin pie. They should've put a warning on the cover or inside on the first page that says something like. Warning this issue will make you want Thanksgiving dinner.



For a minute there I thought they were gonna say there were two Deadpools in this universe and that one of them was evil and had killed Agent Coulson but it's just some villain with a  mustache.




Well I didn't see that ending coming.  Though to be honest if I had would I even read the issues if I knew what was gonna happen in it? Anyways the artwork was weird but not bad. As for the story good but it also made me hungry so I gotta give this issue a 7 out of 10.




Things I learned from this issue. Not to read this issue ever again unless I have some Turkey and pumpkin pie next to me. In fact I'd suggest you don't read this issue unless you have that stuff on hand cause if not you'll probably just eat the issue.




Favorite page. Was when Captain America revealed that he was pretending to be Deadpool the whole time. Proves that he's still Captain Hydra and will always be Captain Hydra.

Review: Tainted #1

This issue opens with us getting to meet the main character. So she's a loner just like I was in high school huh?



Wait Creek used to be popular and preppy. Do I sound like an ass if I say I think she's cool the way she is now. Like to be honest I'd hangout with her looking like she was gonna go to some club full of vampires or people who'd just be moping. Preppy people are to much.




Dam that did not look like a fun bus ride. Oh that's sad her boyfriend died. Man those kids are jerks. Makes me glad to be out of high school.



Next we see what happened to Creek and what she had to go through. I think her parents should've gone to marriage counseling. If you want to know how this issue ends and what else happens in it I'd definitely suggest backing the second issue on kickstarter so you can get the first and second issue if you don't have them. The artwork was amazing. As for the story it was great. Hopefully we get to see more issues in the future cause I'm so hooked that I'm gonna give this issue a 10 out of 10.




Things I learned from this issue. As long as your friend lived next door it's ok to sneak into their house once they move out and someone else moves in.



Favorite page. Was when she got the headphones. They are dope and I want a pair.

Review: Outer Darkness #6

This issue opens up with Captain Rigg shooting at my ex girlfriends boyfriend. Sadly when he finds out she's been cheating on him he'll probably wish he'd been shot.



Dam Sato Shin looks like he's having fun. Hopefully they're able to kill him and don't end up getting killed by him.



Dam this issue is like a horror movie. See that guys head just blew up. Note to self don't join the crew of The Charon unless you want to end up dead.



The issue ends with Sato Shin being tortured. Artwork was great. As for the story it felt like it picked up and got really dark. I hope the rest of this issues are just as good as this one cause I give this issue a 10 out of 10 and definitely can't wait to read the next issue :).



Things I learned from this issue. Not to piss off Officer Satalis unless you want him to have a demon under his control that he'll have kill you when it gets the chance.



Favorite page had to be when Captain Rigg found the bodies hanging. That definitely caught my attention and made me want to finish the issue.

Review: The Batman Who Laughs #4

This issue opens with Alfred hitting Batman. Um I wouldn't do that Alfred. See told you. No Batman didn't kill him but he came pretty dam close.



So he makes the visor to see how The Batman Who Laughs sees the world and didn't expect to see peoples true colors at some point? Or maybe he did. But from the current scene it looks like he wasn't expecting it at all.



I mean that is a smart plan. I just don't know if Joker could really kill Batman. I mean to me it seems like Batman always takes Joker down so I kinda feel like if Joker had to ever kill Batman he'd end up failing and getting killed by Batman instead.




This issue ends with Batman getting shot at. Again I highly doubt he actually got shot but still. The next issue better open up with Batman kicking all their asses. Artwork was great as for the story it was good so I'll give this issue a 7 out of 10.



Things I learned from this issue. That the Grim Knight turned his orphans into hounds. Well not exactly hounds cause they look like something else but they sure act like hounds.



Favorite page was the page before the last one. Like that face is just pure evil and awesome at the same time.

Review: Darth Vader #25

Well this is an epic opening for the last issue. Can't wait to see how this issue ends.



Is it me or does it seem like Vader is having fun slaughtering Cylo? Like he just killed a whole shit ton of his bodies.



Wait so Vader should betray the Emperor more in order to gain his respect? That's what I got out of that scene.



Did Aphra really die? I hope she did. Although even if she does live at least I won't have to see her ever again.



This issue ends with.... dear god no... JUST FUCKING DIE ALREADY!!!!. Anyways artwork was great as for the story it was good way up until the end but I really hate that ending so I'm gonna give this issue a 4 out of 10. Yes I know I won't have to see her again but come on she should've died.



Favorite page: Has got to be those panels with Luke and Vader. That would've been the better ending.



Things I learned from this issue. That Vader must also be into kinky stuff since he likes to force choke people a lot.

Review: Oberon #4

This issue opens up with Oberon fighting my ex girlfriend. Well look at the she lost. Just like she's lost me as a friend.



Wait so after he uses that goblin to talk to Queen Titania is he gonna make the goblin kill himself? If he does they better not show it.



Dude why'd you agree to go to the Immortal Masquerade? Obviously it's a trap. Though to be honest it seems like it might be a good thing if he dies cause he still comes off as evil to me.



Nick stay away from Bonnie I'm pretty sure you're way older than her.



This issue ends with Oberon walking into a trap. See told you. Freaking idiot. The artwork was great as was the story. Can't wait to read the next issue. I give this issue a... I was gonna give it a perfect score but then I remembered how Nick was hitting on Bonnie so I'll give this issue  a 7 out of 10.



Things I learned from this issue. If you're an ass ladies will flock to you. Heck that's all my ex goes for.



Favorite page was when that house came to life. And yes I still want to live in it.

Review: Outcast #27

This issue opens up with someone waking Reverend Anderson up in his barn. Well when he gets back to civilization and leaves a door wide open he can say he wasn't raised in a barn but slept in one for a few days.


See Anderson scarred Amber cause now she's just standing and staring at Sidneys grave.


I feel like if a Mormon read the next few pages they'd start spewing about the war in heaven. Heck they might even grab the comic and go out onto the streets pointing at the pages yelling see it really happened.



The issue ends with  Kyle and his dad going to a house filled with crack addicts. Kyle I think your dad is a bad influence man. Regardless of his dad being a bad influence I give this issue a 10 out of 10.



Things I learned from this issue. As long as you claim your saving people you can go kick someones door down.



Favorite page was definitely the last one.
