Review: Darth Vader #8

This issue opens up with a heist. Actually half the issue is about this heist. I mean don't get me wrong that had some cool scenes but I can't make any jokes from them. All I got is my typical don't go to space cause shit tends to hit the fan when you go to space. Next we see a meeting.... Wait what the issues over already? Dam guess that meeting was so boring that it put me to sleep. How can they even title this issue Darth Vader? He was only in it for half the issue. I'm not that pleased with the story in this issue. In fact I say you could probably just skip reading it and be ok in reading all the other issues. Artwork is still good. I'll give this issue a 5 out of 10

Things I learned from this issue. Avoid space at all cost. Wait I already know that. But still it's true.

Review: Outcast #9

This issue opens up where the last one left off. No shit we saw them at the gasstation and people staring at them cause they were new to town or something. Can we please just move on... Oh dear lord I think I'm gonna throw up. Like I support love but that was like watching to piles of flesh try and merge with each other. I really did not need to see that. Looks like Detective Masters likes to party way to hard. Yes you know you've partied way to hard the night before when you wake up on the floor across the room from the person you porked the night before. Well hopefully Kyle doesn't beat the crap out of someone in this soup kitchen cause there's way too many people and I don't think he'd be able to talk his way out of that one. Hey I'm the same as that person who randomly yelled outcast once Kyle stepped outside. Sometimes when I'm at Walmart and leaving the store I like to randomly yell hey fuck face! For no apparent reason. No I'm not gonna explain why I do it. Why don't you guess it just tell me why I do it ya. Um well this issue didn't end on a good note but now I have alot of questions. Artwork is still good. As for the story well I'm still hooked even though I seem to give it alot of shit. I'll give this issue a 10 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. Kyle doesn't need to beat the shit out of people who are possed anymore. Now he can just cry on them till the demon leaves.... Wait I feel like this could lead to some awkward moments.

Review: Dark Fang #1

This issue opens up with... Um whoops I think my comic shop gave me a playboy magazine or something cause what I'm seeing now looks like stuff you'd find in one of those. Hopefully no one walks in... No wait it is a comic this one was just trying to draw the reader in by making it a snuff book. I assume that's what you'd call this since it's not a film. Anyways we see our main character learn what tokens are and her adventure of becoming a cam girl. Man for a comic about a vampire I expected there to be more blood. Like where's all the blood? We also see that our main character was a mermaid at some point. What's the name for the mixter of a mermaid and a vampire. A vampmaid? Are those more deadly then your average mermaid? This issue ends with our main character finding something on one of her fangs. Not to be rude here guys but what the fuck is her name? I assume it's Valla cause at the end of the issue she was trying to control my mind to get me to send her an email. So basically I'll refer to her as Valla tell her name is revealed. Artwork was great. As for the story it was alright so I'll give this issue a 7 out of 10.

Things I learned from this issue. Cam girls make a shit ton of money and I feel like this issue was trying to get girls to go into the cam girl business.

Little moments of bliss

Ever had something happen that brings you alot of pain and the only way you feel little moments of bliss is when you're asleep? That's what I feel. Currently I'm awake and feel pain everywhere. The only time I feel bliss is when I'm asleep but then I wake up and feel like I'm stuck in a nightmare full of pain. I need more little moments of bliss but don't know how to get them when I'm not asleep. Used to get them all the time but now it feels like that's fading away.

Review: Nightmare World Volume 4

Dam those were some good stories. I can say that I'd definitely re read all four volumes over and over cause that's just how good they are. I will say that it's sad that this series ended but all good things must come to an end. Though in a way it still lives on in Tales Of Mr. Rhee. Which is also another great series by Dirk Manning. Which I can say that after reading all thirteen tales in this volume they will leave you wanting more by Dirk Manning so if you haven't read Tales Of Mr. Rhee yet you definitely should. I can say that after reading one of the stories in this volume I'm glad I can't see the future and don't think I'd ever want to. In fact I think I'll put that in my list of things that lead to bad shit happening if you end up in those situations or with those powers. Also if I ever get a call from someone saying they found a space ship I'll make sure to listen to what they say before I just react. The art was also amazing. I give this volume a 10 out of 10. If you haven't read any of the Nightmare World volumes you should definitely buy all of them right now and read them. Or if you don't want to buy all the separate volumes I'm sure there's a few omnibuses on Amazon that you can buy.

Review: Love Stories ( To Die For )

Dam these stories were good. My favorite story in this one would have to be the one with the angel. Probably cause the angel isn't what you'd expect an angel to be like for many reasons. But yes these stories will have you dying to read them. Please know that you can actually buy this book to read these stories and don't need to really die in order to read them. I will say that last story at the end was sad. Normally I know Dirk Mannings work to be scary but that one was sad so I have to say bravo for writing a sad story that makes you feel like you're heart drops after reading it. But to see what great stories are in this graphic novel go online and buy it. I'm sure it's on Amazon or www.devilsdue-1first.com so ya buy it cause this book is a great read and the art is fantastic. All in all I give this graphic novel a 10 out of 10.

Review: Spider-Man/Deadpool #5

This issue opens up with Peter Parker having a dream. Note to self just cause Peter Parker has dreams when he's dead doesn't mean you need to go and die just to see if you'll have dreams to. Anyways next we see Deadpool in hell wearing some weird getup? Um why is he wearing that? Has he worn that before in his own series? Wait how's Peter Parker at Parker Industries if he's dead? Oh hell no it looks like a terminator took his job from him after he died. We get a few pages of Peter Parker having nightmares then dying once again and then having another nightmare. Jeez hopefully I never have nightmares like Peters. Anyways with the help of his wife Deadpool dies and comes to Peters rescue.  Dam that ending with that red devil looking dude kinda brought a smile to my face. If you know me and know who I'm talking about then you'll know why. Artwork was great. The story was also great so I give this issue a 10 out of 10.
So wait does this mean that Peter Parker and Bobbi Morse won't last long? Maybe they'll do what him and that red head did.
