In this episode we get to see how bad the mark of Kane is affecting Dean. We also get to see the return of the trickster who dies off pretty fast in this episode. We also get to see that Metatron is pretty strong and won't let the Winchesters take him down that easy. The ending was surprising. So I give this episode a 10 out of 10 for the surprising ending.
