The episode starts off with Dean driving to talk to Sam. Cas ask Dean for help to save an angel captured by Crowley. Benny is having trouble keeping his thirst for blood under control. Dean and Sam help save the angel but Cass kills him. The episode ends with Sam and Dean sticking together.
